1.2 Digital Divide is the gulf between individuals who have access to technology and those who don't have access to technology.
Implications of all forms of Digital Divide
1.Economic divide
-In some areas people cant afford to buy computers such as in rural areas hence because of Lack of money to buy technological devices.
-Many people are unemployed so they dont have money hence they wish they had money to increase their technology capabilities.
2. Usability divide
-Many people dont know how to use the computer because they do not have the skills and techniques to work with a computer. Many who dont know how to use computers are the BBT which are the born before technology however computers and ict devices were not introduced to them in the olden days.
-This means the skills and knowledge are limited.
3. Empowerment divide
In this world there are many people who have access to computers but they are not eager to learn.(Nielsen,2006)confirms that even if computers and the internet were widely easily used ,not everybody would have the effort to access the technology.
-hence there are people who are their capabilities to use their skill and knowledge for being technological wise.

Social capital is the form of economic capital that explains the improved perfomance of diverse groups,growth of entrepreneurial films,superior managerial perfomance,enhanced supply chain relations ,the value derived from strategic alliances ,and the gradual changing of communities.
A digital citizen can enhance and build social capital by increasing of active citizenship and reducing dependency and demand on the services.(Ribble,2011)

In my area which diepsloot many people are suffering of employment. The unemployment rateis very because some of the people donot have matric certificate hence this days co.panies look at matric certificates in order to offer someone a job however also other people are occupying positions with the wrong qualifications simply because of nepotism.
Discover The thing that makes nepotism to be availed nowadays is because the president is very muchcorrupt so their sons and daughters are occupying the positions that are supposed to be occupied by other people who have good qualifications.However the government must take into account and do a thorough research on how to eluminate this matter of nepotism.
Dream -I am sure if the government do a thorough research,unemployment rate will be Drastically low.
Design -If the government and employers thoroughly check every detail on the curriculum vitaes and put a stop to nepotism,our employment rate will be high.
Deliver -Government should deliver the services being asked for which is employment there by growing the economy's wealth and catering for the welfare.
Debrief -Fairness must be promoted in the work place so as to redress the imbalances of the past.

Digital footprint is all the staff that you leave as use the internet for i.e comments on social media,Skype calls etc,
Therefore digitalfootprint could become a problem if one user of the internet leaves things like silly comments or a drunken photo or even logging on to an inappropriate website thereby this may ruin chances of even gaining a place in university therefore the reputation of that user will be ruined because hackers and crackers can hack the account and use the information to ruin the reputation of that user.

The internet of things is the interconnection with the internet of computing devices put in every objects,enabling them to send and recieve data. The insurance industry sector -An insurance companies enter a new entry of risk management,the internet of things is becoming a primary tool to better understanding measure and proactively manage risks. The internet is becoming an increasingly growing topic of conversation both in the workplace and outside of it.Thus this impacts how we live and how we work.
Impacts -Broadband internet is becoming more widely available,the cost of connecting is reducing.
-More devices are being created with wifi capabilities and sensors build into them. -Technology costs are also reducing. For an example you are on your to a meeting,your car could have access to your calendar and already know the best route to take hence if the traffic is delaying your car might send a text to the colleagues notifying them that you will be late.(Clayton and McDonald,2013)
